No. It is not necessary to have a Shipzee account to use the Personal Shopper service, however it is easier to track and manage your orders when logged in.
No. The price shown in our offers is final with all taxes included (import taxes, Shipzee service and delivery fees).
Orders shipped from our US warehouse usually arrive to Lithuania in 7-10 business days by air shipments or in 4-6 weeks by sea shipment. You will be able to choose the delivery method and compare shipping prices in your personal offer.
Important: the Customs Department has a right to withhold packages for additional verification. In such cases standard delivery terms may be prolonged.
Offers can be paid by direct bank transfers, Paysera payment system, PayPal, Visa or MasterCard credit cards (or debit cards which have an activated online payment function).
Important:: all offers are based on USD. Final price in your local currency will be calculated by your chosen payment processor based on its current currency exchange rate. An additional 3.9% fee to the final price will be added if you select to use PayPal or credit card payment method.
All packages are delivered by private courier companies to your provided address or pickup point. You will be able to choose the delivery method and compare shipping prices in your personal offer.
Yes. You can track your order by entering order number or package tracking number on our website (the package tracking number is provided via email once an order is shipped from our warehouse in the US).
Additional links to the selected items can be added by selecting “Add Additional Product Links” when requesting a quote on our website. In order to receive separate offers for multiple items, separate quotes has to be sent.
Product details and additional information (size, color, model, promo code, etc.) should be provided in the “Comment” field when requesting a quote on our website.
If your package has been damaged upon delivery, please contact Shipzee Customer Support Team within 48 hours from the time of the delivery by sending an email containing a detailed description and photos of the damaged package and its content together with an evaluation of the damage. A case to determine the cause and assess the damage will be opened. In case of a lost package, Shipzee takes full responsibility for any lost items shipped from our facilities to the package receiver’s provided address.

Shipzee.com is not responsible for quality of the products, defects, other flaws or traits that products possess, and is not providing any warranty or is accepting returns directly. No. Shipzee is an intermediary service provider and is not a manufacturing company or a retailer of any specific goods. Shipzee is not responsible for any manufacturing defects or any other flaws that could cause malfunction of the purchased item. Any warranty claim should be filled directly to the original seller.
Important: if seller agrees to issue a full refund for defective item, the refund will be transferred to your account only after the defective item is handed-over to the courier (import duties, shipping/delivery and Shipzee fees are not refundable).
Yes. Orders which have not yet been shipped to Lithuania can be canceled for a full refund.
Important: additional fees will be applied if an order is cancelled before shipping to Lithuania. A fixed 5% fee of your order total, but not less than 5 USD will be charged for the cancellation of an order. Additional fees will be applied if the seller applies order return fees. All the cancellation and return fees will be deducted from the total refundable amount.
No. Orders which have already been shipped to Lithuania cannot be canceled.
The delivery time might be prolonged if the package was held at the Customs Department for an additional inspection of the items. If this is the cause of the prolonged delivery term, compensation or refund will not be issued as neither we, nor the courier services are able influence the decisions of the customs officers.
Air shipments are dispatched every Tuesday and Friday, sea shipments - every Thursday.
No. Shipping durable items (such as shoes, clothes, accessories, etc.) in original boxes are inefficient and expensive, therefore, in order to reduce shipping price original packaging is removed.
Sale Tax is an alternative to VAT in Europe. Sales Tax is applied when an online store does not have a physical store in a state where the item is being shipped.
Our services are provided for individuals only. Shipzee is registered in the US, therefore, we are unable to provide VAT invoices.
Yes. The purchase receipt can be provided via email once the order is delivered.}
Payment returns are approved within 1-3 business days, however, the transaction can take up to 10 business days to show up on your bank account depending on the payment method that you used while placing the order.
Items can be returned if return period is not yet expired and the seller aggrees to accept it. Return back to the US to be made and all return costs to be covered by the client. The refund for returned items will be issued once we receive the payment back from the seller.
